At The Tudor Barn Belstead, we’re here to offer you peace of mind with a variety of pre-wedding access options, ensuring your day is not only beautiful but flows seamlessly and stress-free.

Early Drop-Off

We know that having your cherished decorations and wedding essentials on-site, ready and waiting, brings peace of mind. That’s why we offer the convenience of early drop-off so you can deliver your items ahead of your special day, ensuring that everything is perfectly positioned and ready for setup. No last-minute rushing, no stress—just a calm, organised start to your day.

Setup begins the day before, from 1pm to 6pm, allowing you to create the wedding setting of your dreams.

On your wedding day, you and your party will have access to the venue from 9am to 12:00pm (Fridays & Saturdays) or until 11:00am (Sundays–Thursdays), with early access available upon request.

Our dedicated team ensures you have all the time you need for a smooth and unrushed setup of your ceremony and reception spaces.
We’ll work hand in hand with you, ensuring everything is arranged with care and precision, just as you’ve imagined.

If you would like to schedule a site visit of our beautiful grounds and facilities.
This will allow you to visualise your ceremony and reception setup, discuss layout options, and make informed decisions about decorations and other details.
Our team will be on hand to answer any questions and provide guidance to help you bring your vision to life.

Planning Meetings

In the lead-up to your wedding, you’d be welcomed back to the venue to discuss the finer details of your special day. This will be the perfect opportunity to talk through timelines, floral arrangements, seating plans, or catering options.
